About The Bay Horse

The Bay Horse is a Traditional village pub for Drinking & Dining.

We are located in the village of Arnold, close to the A165 road which connects Hull to the East coast villages. We sit just 2 miles North of Skirlaugh, making this location a stones throw from all villages surrounding of the Beverley and Hornsea towns.

The Bay Horse is dated back to the early 1800′s and is located in a rural position with fabulous views over the adjacent land of the Yorkshire countryside around Arnold. You can sit out and relax on the large patio area under heated parasols and admire the views which are beautiful especially when the sun is setting.

We serve, local high quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. Come and try our ever evolving menu to suit the season, and sample some local micro brewed ale. Everyone is welcome and will feel at home as soon as you walk through the door into our cosy atmosphere bar area, where you can relax and enjoy the warmth.

Our delightful restaurant can only be described of that with a warm and classy ambience and our welcoming staff are at hand to greet you when you come to dine.

Serving homemade food is important to us at The Bay Horse and our Head Chef would not have it any other way. Our chef is very proud of his menu, and always listens to feedback, we change our menu monthly to ensure there are always new dishes for you to try. Local produce is used where possible but only if it is of high quality. The quality of the food is equally as important as its origin.

We have a large selection of lager, cider and ale and we will always have micro brewed ale on from around our region. Our Wine list is as unique as they come. Berkmann Wines are our suppliers and have a fantastic range which is only available to their outlets, and will not be found in any shops. They also make sure there are no other public houses or restaurants within a 20 mile radius with the same wine selection as The Bay Horse.
